Day of AwesomenessIn case you missed my last update, I graduated Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes on the 6th. My graduating group was "grad and go", so we got a few hours with our families before reporting back to base at 2100, waking at 0100, and sitting at the airport til 0800...
I was assigned my next duty station in Dam Neck, Virginia.
And I got the bestest news EVER.
I get to have my cell phone and laptop during training!
And civilian clothes are coming soon.
And I can leave the base during liberty!
And I totally got an advancement.

My ass is so going to the mall tomorrow.
Sure, I'll be here for a minimum of 7 months, but I can have most of a life during that time.
And my Battle Buddy is in the room next to me!
The Navy treats us real well, too. I'm pretty stoked.
Moral: Join the fugging navy, beetches!
It was 60 degrees today.
In the middle of November.
That. Fugging. ROCKS!!!
Anywho, we're moving barracks next week, so I'll post my address soon so ya'll can send me some lovin'.

Message me yo.
